My Big Sister Found Her Prince Charming And We Love Him! #Waiting2BeWeaver
Hey guys!
Thanks so much for tuning in. I must say that this blog post is a very special one that I am dedicating to my older sister, Candyss, and my new brother, Rob. This past weekend we all flew to Atlanta to join and participate in their wedding ceremony. As usual, visiting our big sister was filled with good food, fun laughs and tons of memories. However, this was one of the greatest times we have ever had. How grateful we are to say that she has met her Prince Charming and he has claimed his Cinderella.
A hard working career woman, Candyss has always been about advancing herself and making progress in whatever field she worked in. She's a #GirlBoss ! Must run in the family ;) Now, she can add many more titles to her resume other than career woman, daughter and big sister. She is now a wife and step mother to a lovely young lady. After having met at their congregation while doing volunteer work, she and Rob quickly fell head over heels in live and now they are hitched! What a happy ending <3
There are so many great things that I can say about Rob, one being that he greatly surpassed all of our expectations with his down to earth demeanor, generous spirit and humorous banter. It makes me question whether he's too nice and sane to be a part of our crazy but caring family. Nonetheless, I am very happy to say that he is my new brother. Thank you for not only taking the step to marry my sister and make her happy, but to give us another relative to love.
The time we spent in Atlanta for the wedding also allowed us to see many of our awesome relatives and Candyss's old friends who have become our adopted sisters over time. Thank you to them as well for showing support. Can't forget about little Bruno either, Candyss and Rob's adorable puppy. <3
My closing remarks to both my sister and my new brother, "I wosh you both well, I pray many blessings upon your new union, and I look forward to having you both in my life forever."
Love,
Your Little Sis,
Calynn
P.S. You're welcome that I honored your wishes and did not get up and sing an impromptu solo during the reception LOL ;)
